Processing times
This is a one woman run small business. Meaning I fulfill every roll in running this business. Due to this processing times may very based on weather this is a custom or premade item in my shop.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. However is the piece arrives broken, customers must make contact within 7 days of the items being delivered and provide photographic evidence that the item have been damaged in any way.
If all requirements are met then we can happily proceed forward with your desired request.
All return postage costs are covered by the customer and Winged Creations is not responsible for any return postage prices
Refund Policy
If the item is damaged during transit. The customer is required to make contact as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be required before a refund is given. Once done a refund back to the customer in full will be issued or the customer can choose store credit if they prefer. Once evidence is provided concerning the damaged goods a replacement may be offered at sellers discretion,

If contact is not made within an appropriate time of receiving the parcel (5 days) a refund can be denied if it is not evident that the fault was made during transit or from personal use.
Should a customer change their mind and no longer want the product before it is shipped. They will receive a full refund.
Should a customer change their mind after the item is shipped. The customer can return the items once unopened to receive a refund. The customer is responsible for any return postage costs and if unwilling to do so then no refund will be made in this case.
